Bonnie Kate was born and raised in North Carolina. The remarkable thing about Bonnie then and now is her sense of self and how that conviction translates into both her personal style and her craft of hair artistry.
From a young age Bonnie has been interested in the arts, from mixed media and theater to drawing and painting - her talents have been awarded and recognized across the state. Bonnie first entered into the world of cosmetology in 2011 at a local NC college and continued her education upon moving to Florida in 2015 and gaining licensure.
Bonnie wanted to understand and appreciate all moving parts of the industry before opening her own salon in 2020. Bonnie became an expert on salon functioning by overseeing and helping manage a huge hair salon, she assisted, and then started as a junior stylist. Now she is confident in her skills and can really be deemed a hair artist.
In 2019, Bonnie was one of 2 candidates selected to represent palm beach county as a Wella ambassador where she gained additional training in advanced coloring/cutting techniques. Bonnie has mastered classic traditional beauty techniques as well as more contemporary modern trends and loves doing them both! Her extensive range of technique allows her to effectively communicate and understand your needs with the power to carry it out effectively!
