What are my salon days?
My salon days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I have a pretty flexible schedule those days but I am closed every other week. You can always inquire about times you may not see listed on my online booking, I can sometimes accommodate!
For Instance, Wednesdays will not be listed on my online booking but I am sometimes available to pick them up. Or, you may need a morning appointment and do not see that as an option, ask about it!
Should I go ahead and book if I am a new client?
No. Please head to the New Client tab on my website to find out further information about what the first steps are in getting an appointment with me!
What are the “hourly booking” sessions?
Also titled ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE in my Craft tab. For most color projects, I book hourly! This is to ensure maximum creative flow! Your service can include gray coverage, high lights, glossing, cutting, treatments, etc. When we book hourly, I can cover all bases to reach your hair dreams!
Why do I have to type in my credit card information to book an appointment?
Nothing is charged to your card when you book with me! The card number is to hold your appointment. The credit card will only be charged to implement my 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy!
What is your cancellation policy?
If an appointment is cancelled within the time frame of 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge of the total appointment fee will be issued! This is to ensure that my books are filled with the people that show mutual appreciation to me and to avoid “No-Shows”. 😀
